Lemos Constructions handed us the full package on a multi-stage build, and we supplied the lot. Internally that meant the main staircase, with balustrade and handrail into the stair and balustrade to the walkway above it. Externally it took in the concrete stair handrail, ramp handrailing and edge protection, all the fit-off items the site needed to finish.

The point of this one was the start-to-finish practice. We listed out everything Lemos needed across the project, packed it, and worked it in around their delivery schedule rather than the other way around. When the concrete works had to come first, we came back and fitted off to suit, so the builder never had to chase us or work around a gap. One supplier, one list, everything accounted for.
That is what looking after a builder looks like. Lemos got every stair, balustrade, handrail and edge-protection item handled by the one supplier and delivered to their program, so the job kept moving and nothing landed back on them.
